Applications
The LM Series Vertical Roller Mill is widely used in:
Cement industry
Power generation
Metallurgy
Chemical industry
Non-metallic mineral processing
“Over 100 types of minerals and industrial raw materials, such as:”
Barite, Bentonite, Calcite, Calcium Carbonate, Carbon Black, Ceramics, Clay, Cement Clinker, Coal, Dolomite, Graphite, Gypsum, Kaolin, Limestone, Marble, Petcoke, Phosphate, Talc, Quartz, Slag, and others.
Working Principle
The main motor drives the grinding plate through a dedicated reducer. Raw materials fall onto the center of the grinding plate and move outward under centrifugal force. Grinding rollers apply pressure to crush large particles and form a material bed for fine grinding.
Ground materials are carried by airflow to the classifier. Qualified fine powder is collected as finished product, while coarse particles return to the grinding plate for regrinding. Heavy impurities are discharged through the slag outlrotating by friction.
